Farbeam

Terms

Last updated: 2026-11-04 UTC.

These terms apply when you use farbeamlabs.com, the Farbeam API, tools and alerts. "Farbeam" means the operator of that service. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the service. Questions go to contact@farbeamlabs.com.

#The service

Farbeam publishes on-chain data and analytics drawn from public blockchains and public data sources. The service is free during early access. Nothing can be bought. Reading data needs no account. An API key and alert rules need an account, created by signing a text message with a Solana wallet. The signature sends no transaction and costs nothing.

#Data only, not advice

Everything on the service is for information only. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. It is not an offer or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. A passing token check does not mean a token is safe. A failed check does not mean a token is a scam. A trending list is not a recommendation.

Do your own research, and take advice from a licensed professional where you need it. You are responsible for your own decisions.

#Accuracy and coverage

The data can be wrong, late or incomplete. Sources can fail or change their fields. Coverage is partial by design:

Check important facts against the chain itself. The platform page and data sources describe the limits.

#No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. This includes fitness for a purpose, accuracy, availability and non-infringement. There is no SLA or uptime commitment.

#Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Farbeam is not liable for any loss or damage from the use of the service or from not being able to use it. This includes trading losses, lost profits, lost data, and missed, late or duplicate alerts. The service is free, so to the extent the law allows, total liability is limited to zero.

Some laws do not allow these limits. Where that applies, the limits apply only as far as the law allows.

#Alerts

Webhook delivery is attempted and not guaranteed. Events can be missed, delayed or sent more than once. Do not use alerts as the only control for anything where a missed event could cause harm. See Alerts.

#Acceptable use

You may use the API and the data within the published limits, including in your own products, if you follow these terms and the terms of the underlying sources. Do not:

See also acceptable use.

#Keys and rules

You are responsible for your wallet, your API key and what is sent with the key. Keep it secret. Farbeam never asks for a seed phrase or a private key. A lost key cannot be recovered, because only a hash is stored. Farbeam can revoke a key, close a session, disable a rule, block traffic or change limits at any time, with or without notice, for example to protect the service or if these terms are broken. A rule that fails 20 deliveries in a row turns off automatically.

#Changes to the service

Features, limits and endpoints can change or stop. Planned features are plans and are not promises. API changes are recorded on the API changelog.

#Intellectual property

The site text, code, research notes and rule language documentation belong to Farbeam. You may quote research notes with a link to the source. Public blockchain data is public. Third-party data stays subject to the terms of its provider. Product names on this site belong to their owners and are used only to describe them.

#Your content

If you send a message or a label correction, Farbeam may use it to answer you and to improve the service.

#Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date above changes and the changelog records it. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
